It’s where your custom home design, takes shape as your home. It's another opportunityfor us to explore just how personalised your home could be. Do you want a home office with bespoke joinery design? How do you want your luxurious walk-in robe storage arranged? What style and materials do you want your staircase to have?Detailing the layout of joinery, interior features, material finishes, and colour selections are all part of the process our interior team walk you through to ensure all aspects of your home are carefully considered.
Clients are invited to discuss heating and cooling options in detail, and to help develop electrical and lighting designs and layouts. Our team will guide you through appointments with trusted and long-standing suppliers to ensure the best interior design outcomes are achieved.

Design Presentation 1
Once the design has been created, reviewed and finalised, we meet with you again to present and explain the design, and the thinking behind it, how it meets your brief and your budget. We ensure you have a deep understanding of the design concept including a full colour 3D facade which you can also take away and review with friends and family.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Design Development
We encourage you to carefully consider the design we create for you and to provide feedback. Our Designer will then continue to develop your custom home design to ensure it’s exactly as you would like it.

Design Presentation 2
The updated design is again presented to you, again in full colour 3D and we take you on an interactive tour of your plans through our display home so you can envision your home and imagine the lifestyle and memories you will create once completed.

Pricing Proposal
A detailed pricing proposal is then developed. Unlike third party designers and architects, we make sure that your design reflects who you are, and aligns with your budget. We then prepare building contracts
CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION

Interior Design
Upon your commitment to proceed, the Interior Design Process commences. The Interior Design process is a collection of exciting consultations; bespoke joinery, luxurious fittings and fixtures, heating and cooling, kitchen appliances, electrical, and everybody’s favourite; finishes and material palette.
Our in-house Interior Designers consult with you to find out what style you want to come home to, and then develop and present a comprehensive interior concept. We continue to develop the design and material palette until you are completely satisfied.

Documentation
Whilst the interior design process is underway, we prepare detailed working drawings of your home, and engage with engineers to develop structural design and energy performance.
We then integrate the building and interiors package, update the pricing proposal to reflect any changes made along the way. We then arrange all necessary approvals and permits, ahead of commencing construction.
Quality Control
Our homes are built to the highest quality standards. Never satisfied with conventional methods, Medallion Homes has developed an industry leading quality control process.
Our projects are inspected regularly by our Site Manager and Construction Manager, to provide yet another level of confidence in our product.
This process goes above and beyond the ‘standard’ to give our clients complete confidence that construction of their house runs smoothly, and their home is delivered with exacting quality standards.
Business Management
Our business is very well managed by a team of tertiary qualified business and industry professionals. We operate a very conservative business model and carry no debt, nor do we rely upon lines of credit. You can rest assured we will be around to support you for the long term.
